As promised, here are a few photos of new work. Ever since leaving art school I've worked in black and white on paper for experimentation and discovery. These recent pieces give me many suggestions for new work. So I've ordered more stretcher bars to start some new paintings in the near future.
Leya, I have so enjoyed the photos of your woods, seeing the velvet green moss. Our walks in the redwoods here are very different in color and texture but all beautiful. Your black and white works on paper hae a special immediate vibrancy!
Mary Ann
Thanks, Mary Ann. I enjoyed getting back to these. I had given away my drawing table to have more space in my studio so stopped working on paper for a while. Now I use my dining room table. It works (as long as I am careful to protect the surrounding!).

I am a Senior, born in 1939, approaching my 7th decade and have found that my creativity is growing every year. I would love to feature some of your work on my site. www.lifeat70.com
Later, Joyce
